Zero Tolerance

Hello I was trying to install your hack and im looking at the install page and it says CHMOD the folder 'sb' (in your forums directory) to '777', and the file inside it
'vbshout.html' also to '777
What is does "CHMOD" mean? do you want us to rename the folder?

Hey I need someone who knows V-bulletin pretty well to make some modifications to my V-bulletin site for me. I will offer $20 an hour.
