Exclamation [request] Resizing Custom Status Icons in PSD file

Calling any Photoshop gurus! Would someone mind resizing the custom status icons I made in the attached PSD file down to 35x35 without losing the quality? I can't figure it out! It's driving me nutso!

Thanks in advance!

he had something in there a border for a circle I think, that was still huge when I resized it, so I had to re-do that...

on the tool bar click image-image size-then change height and width to 35 each

then go to each circle (forum locked, no new posts, new posts)
and right click them on the layers bar and press blending options.
then go to the stroke tab and put the size to 2px.

Do that for each of those circles and your done =]
