I'm debating whether to abandon this style (since working on another styling project with a friend) I'm expecting something more visually appealing to surface from the knowledge I learned when I create another revision of this style.

Thanks for the suggestions toonmaster and I've taken this onboard and hopefully it will be implemented when I do a re-design overhaul with this one. ;)

I don't know if I mentioned, I'm sure i didn't and should of but the style won't be pulically released. It's one of the styles that (I'm currently keeping exclusive to my site).

There's always a good chance when I do offload this style that anyone that wishes to use it will be able to purchase it at vbskinworks but at this time I'm keeping this style exclusive untill i finish the other 3 styles that complement this series of season styles. :classic:

Just a note, I've updated many areas of the style so any additional feedback, comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

Very, very nice style Shelley. There are only three small areas that I would improve, and they would be very easy to fix. The first is to add the welcome message to the login section so that they are one (as shown below). You could use the wood as a divider. The way the welcome message is now it just looks like a unfinished island. It would look cleaner if they were both contained together in the same area.

The second thing that I would change is the mouseover effects in the navbar. I would make it so that with mouseover the little dot or L.E.D. or whatever on the left would light up green. I would also have just one navbar. Some of the things on the second one are redundant (register, faqs, calendar, etc.). Why not just add search and todays post to the top one. Then the nav area would look cleaner. Those are all small things to fix but for the most part the style is already one of the better ones out there. Great job

Colonel Ingus. Your a star. I did play around with the navbar last night and moved the nav buttons bar under the logo because I'm actually planning on removing the current nav bar links which is under the logo so it's easier to manage. I still wasn't happy with the navbits area and login but your solution looks to be a good one which I will certainly give a shot at.

Like I said, I was debating whether to remove the current navbar under the logo but now that is a certainty. This means the other suggestion about the orbs changing colour won't happen though it will give the top area a cleaner look.

Thanks for the suggestion this will finally complete the style that I've been designing in increments when I find the time. :classic:
