well i do not know if you can download dark skins for free.. but you might be able to from vBSkinworks - Custom vBulletin Skins, Styles and more..

Try 7OXIC-MEDIA.COM

Look in the bottom left hand corner and go to the Detour theme to preview it.

I'm almost a 100% sure that john (owner of vbskinworks) doesn't provide free styles to the general public from his site.
