Trying to add a border to site as well, using version 3.6.4 atm. Below is what i want t test out. I stroked the images in photoshop where the slicing will be.

top left, top_right, left, right, logo, and forum page content. As a second note. can you bump your forum to the absolute top i have a space between the address bar and the forum itself. I really need to have them flush.
