Because it fits more the 'style' of vBh. It's animated and very clean. Although it could use a tiny border. The second one has colors that don't match vbh, and the font also doesn't match vbh. The first one looks professional, the second one looks paint.

Comment - Both look great, but I think the first one does fit vBh better.
