Whats the best way to transfer over a forum?

well, before this, we've had ZERO downtime. The host is free, I get anything for free from em. more space, got it. Bandwidth, got it. Can't argue with that. He' a Good guy, besides, my forums are not "public" members really. people that game, that I talk to on other fourms as well and in game.
