well uninstall vB shout and the time stamp hack and then just reinstall it from it's standard XML and it should work. It's the timestamp hack that is currently completely messing it up.

hi roger, i disabled vbshout and firefox started working. so i re-installed vbshout and it worked fine on IE but is still causing firefox to not work...i haven't even tried to add the timestamp hack so i do not think that is it...

any ideas?

yes, i had my husband finally look at the code...for some reason (and it was not me) there was code written in that made it incompatible with firefox...he had to rewrite part of it...but it is working now and i am happy...if you want me to ask him exactly what he did i can BUT i am such a non technical person it all sounds like goobly goop to me :p
