Default Server with good mysql

Hi does anyone here run a forum which has around 10.000 members? I have over 100.000 posts and 10.000 topics so I need a good server which can handle a high server load as the one im on keeps going really slow or not loading at all.

I don't have 100s to spend but need something that is going to handle the site. Please let me know.
