That hack looks like what I'm wanting; however, i can't get it to work correctly at all.

Check out:

versus

http://www.isxGames.com/forums/exter....new?type=rss2

...the new one, if you click on an article, the script isn't parsing the variables correctly ..and I have no idea how to fix it. They both look like they're doing the same thing....any ideas?

You can't add .new to the extension unless your server is set up for that. Isn't it supposed to be fps_external.php?

it doesn't matter what the extension is ....it gets the same results.

The file I had already was external.php ..I thought the one I downloaded was to be the one that replaced it...so that's why I called it external.php.

Then, once I realized it wasn't working ..I renamed it to external.php.new so that you could compare the original (which is external.php now) to the new one.

The results are the same regardless of the name ....the new version will not parse the variables.

I would post in his hack thread then and report this bug. It works fine for me.

I do notice in the new one you have a stylesheet. So there is a difference between the two.

I got the latest version from his website ...it included a style sheet. The one that comes with vbulletin does not.
