Putting Country in Every Thread (dropdown similar to vbhackers)

Hello,

I'm creating a new forum that joins many countries.
What i'm looking for is like a hack or an option in vbulletin, like a dropdown list, where users can choose their country when posting, like below thread title or something. Just like vbhackers has. Check attach image.

Is this like a hack or something?
