its a setting in acp, in the vboptions

just open all up and search "rep"
you'll find a few spots where you can adjust the rep

Nope, displaying them on peoples profile is a hack.

I would think twice before doing that. People abuse reputation. I like how Digital Point charges you rep to give bad rep. Slows down the stink bomb throwing kiddies.
