Mod forum template Question

can someone tell me where exactly do u guys get the mod forum threads templates?

ive seen them on vB.org and here only so far

is it something special or part of some mod that is escaping me?

because I would definately like to use something like that for my site to present recipes / movies and other stuff

There's a mod on vborg for the first post being at the top of all the pages, you can then just edit the postbit_first template so it looks how you want it to..
