I would like a mod that displays the users country flag (which is currently displayed in the postbit thanks to a countryflag mod) next to their name in the last post section of the forum so it would be like this:

I am pretty sure it's much like adding custom user profile in showgroups
you'll have to edit a php file and add userfield.field5, in it (replace 5 for your coutry flag field ID)
then you ought to edit a template and add <img src="images/flags/$user[field5].gif" title="$user[field5]"> (replace with proper ID and flags icons path)

I think rogersnm might be doing it for me, i havent managed to talk to him in a while but it sounds like he might be able to do it.

A) those variables won't work
B) you would have to alter the query for it to work.

I have just had some custom work done by nick of the VBnova team and i must say i am extreamly impressed.
