Default Manually Adjusting Post, Rep, ect ect

I will be switching servers pretty sonn & have a backed up everything but lets just say that the move doesnt go as smoothly as expected & I lose everything & have to start fresh. I know my members will be upset because they lost all thier post, reputation, thanks, ect ect. Now my question is, if i do happen to lose everything & have to maually adjust users post, rep, thanks, ect....will that mess things up for my forums in the long run?

If you have backed up your sql database then if it messes up you can restore the database and try again. It shouldn't mess up in the first place and if it does vB support will normally help out. What version of vB are you going from -> to? How about you ask this question if it does mess up ;)

well im currently running 3.6.4 but the reason im asking is because my server upgrade will be significally different from the one i have now. Ill be going from a ensim control panel to a cpanel, apahce would be updated as well as phpmyadmin...where as on my old server everything is outdated & what not. I kinda want to start from scratch so that why i was asking if I did adjust everything maunally would it mess my forum up as far as counters & stuff go. Thanks for your reply.

ah sorry I was mis-read your post xD

You shouldn't have to much issue ;) phpmyadmin is just a program for SQL administration it doesn't have any bearing on SQL it's self. It's pretty much the same for cpanel apart from it's site administration.
