Exclamation IE Error Problem on corner After upgrading

After upgrading my forum from 3.5.4 into 3.6.4 i always get with IE an error warning on the corner of the window.
I've saw somewhere this is due to old templates and maybe creating a new default style should solve the problem.

How can i do this? Please someone can explain me? Will i loose all modification in templates?

Thank you.

IE errors all the time. For example, gamespot.com has errors in it in IE. It might be XHTML or it might be some JS.

This is NOT a IE browser problem. It is a problem with your site. You coded something wrong. Turn off all of your plugins and see if it still happens. If it does then look at any templates that you have recently altered.
