I am still learning Vbulletin 3.6.8 and have a couple of questions, that I am hoping someone can help me with.

1. I want to add a scrolling marquee for 88 x 33 px affiliate buttons that has a stop fade in and out when moused over. One that is simple to add information to.

2. I want to know what I need in order to allow members to post images and have my site resize it with a link to original size.

Any help with these two questions would be greatly appreciated.
