Default Help!!! My tables....

I have a problem with my tables. When i open a theard with more characters then the tables are growing up and when i open a theard with a few characters then the tables are growin down..Help please

I've noticed that the aforementioned tutorial is for VB3.5. Any input as to how to achieve this effect in 3.6 (More specifically 3.6.5)?
