Default Does this modification exist?
I'm seeking for a modification that allow administrators to disable users from downloading attachments until they reply to the thread. Is there any mpdification like this? Please help me, thanks!

Hello Ordlad,

In Manager Usergroups their is a setting Can Download Attachments

That will not allow them to download files.

But for what you want, i know that their is a "Hide Hack" that will hide content until it is replied to.

Well, this hack is albe to hide only the words and links of the message, but no t the attachment. Users now can still see and download the attachments. What can I do with it?

Look into using an < if > statement in the template. That will hide the words/links as long as you place the member in a special user group.
