Creating "Hidden" Thread

Could someone please walk me through creating a forum that is by default hidden to all users, but to which specific users may be added manually by admins?

I'm on 3.6.0.

Ok,
1. Make a new usergroup.
2. Make your forum
3. Under Forums & Moderators > click on Forum Permissions
4. Click on deny all.
5. Change the permissions for you usergroup and nay other group you want.
6. Your done
