Default Code to creat sticky?

What is the code to create a sticky?

If someone knows this, can you display all of it.

I'm sure this is a plugin of some kind...but not sure after that.......lol..

ummm, its a default vbulletin option. on the forumdisplay page, you click the box, then hit add the sticky one.

Oh yes, I know it's a default option, but I want to modify the code or maybe create a plug for a different type of sticky called a "paid sticky."

I think I put in a request for this a while back here at vbhackers, but no one did it....so I figured I should do it myself. Then I figured I should probably start with the current sticky code and work from there.

My guess is to read the inlinemod.php, that should help you
