Like the two replies before, upload the image to your root. Just on the offchance that you don't know, ensure the image is 16px by 16px and you can also use a standard .gif image and simply rename the extension to .ico. :classic:

If you use photoshop and want the ico convertor anyway (not that you'll need it) the plugin can be found here
