Hi I run Post2Host (.co.uk) and am looking for someone to intergrate vb with whm

What i am looking for.
When users post on our forums they recieve points (iCash), when they have enough points I want them to be able to 'register' a hosting account which will intergrate with whm.

When the user has had the hosting account for 30 days (and every 30 days thereafter) i want the script to check if they have 10 points, if they have then it is just to simply take 10 points for the account if not and whm intergration again, it is to suspend the account.

I am sure this isnt too hard but I have only had vBulletin for a couple of weeks and unsure how to go about it.
