I am looking for a vbulletin template for an information group I am a part of. The group is: CTGIA (Connecticut Gang Investigators Association)

I am looking to have a nice, clean, professional looking template created for this. I can be contacted for more details, but the sites general purpose is for gang discussions etc for law enforcement. There is no current logo design, so would need something creative.

Budget is $200-$300 for the template, depending how crazy we need to go. Need the template to work also with Vbadvanced.
