I'm looking for a very simple code.

I Run a VBULLETIN FORUM.
What i would like is a simple registration form field, with the user mobile phone number.
When someone register at my forum, they should insert their mobile phone number. After that they will receive a SMS on the mobile phone with a confirmation code, and then they should insert the code received at the webpage.

When the user confirms the received code, they are automatically subscribed to a weekly subscription, like PREMIUM RATE SMS. (4 EURO payment, deducted directly from their mobile phone account)

The gateway used should be CLICKATELL or similar.
