Default Set up Vbulletin for me?

Hi.
I need to put up a new vBulletin site, but have never done it myself, don't want to do it myself, and don't want to learn.
In other words, I want to focus on the marketing of my board, not the technology of it.
I'm looking for an experienced, trustworthy vb installer who can do the job for me. I'll be setting up a new, fresh domain for the project as well. It will live on a Linux box.
We'll have a phone call, where you'll quiz me on my goals, then you'll implement those decisions on the board for me. You may even re-skin the site for me.
Presently, the job is for one board. In time, it will likely be several.
If you'd like a shot at the job, send a short note about why you're the guy (or gal) to get the job done to vbjob(at)westhillsweb.com. A list of a few other boards you've put up would be great.
I'd like to get this done this week, if possible.
Should be a simple job for someone who knows what they're doing.
Thanks.
