Rules & Tips For Members

• Only post one thread per project in which you need done. Do not post multiple threads for one service.
• Be sure to be descriptive in your message and include the following:
  • Service needed
  • Budget
  • Project
  • Time-frame in which you'd like it completed
• Use the method of people pming you as oppose to replying to your thread to your advantage. Make sure to feel comfortable with the member you choose.
• Although we will always try and help for the best, vbhackers.com is not responsible for any negative results regarding business which is conducted in this forum.

Rules & Tips For Service Providers

• The only people allowed to reply to threads are the thread starters. This is to ensure that you all can conduct business in a private manner and no one interferes with that.
• When you pm the thread starter, be sure to be friendly and helpful.

Any proven action of scamming will result in an immediate ban to the "scammer" as well as the staff assisting the victim with any information needed for legal action.
