[REQ] Thread / Post Ratio Determines Forum Access Permissions



What Do I Need?

• a system similar to BitTorrent tracker share ratios, but for threads / posts
  (for vB 3.6.x - preferably utilizing the plugin system)

How Should It Function?

1. Must work in conjuction w/ the standard vB permissions not override them
   
   
2. Ratio is calculated based on Thread vs Post Count
   (i.e. 0 threads / 200 posts = 0.00 Ratio, 10 threads / 200 posts = 0.05 Ratio)
   
   
3. Display an error message that informs the user they need to start some threads to increase their ratio (if applicable)

What Features are Needed?

1. Should be applied at the Usergroup level
   
   
2. Minimum Ratio to View Thread Content (AdminCP Definable)
   (should have options to exclude / include certain forums or apply to all)
   
   
3. Minimum Ratio to View a Specific Forum (AdminCP definable)
   (should have options to exclude / include certain forums or apply to all)
   
   
4. Minimum Ratio to Reply to Threads (AdminCP definable)
   (should have options to exclude / include certain forums or apply to all)
