i am a new member here and i have the best idea of the best hack ever and i know that its already released but not like this idea this is the best so who can do it?

the idea is that a hack for reporting posts and it will send a pm to the modertator or the admin that you check him from your acp (admin cp) the hack have an admin cp options there that u can select the modertator that when a member reports a post it will be send to him and u can post an information about the reporting like this dead link or wrong section and when the member reports the post it will be send and with his name and the thread that he have reported it with the link and why he have reported it?

these pictures will let u understand the idea but this is not vbulletin hack this is phpbb hack but we want it to be a vbulletin hack ?
