I have been looking for some type of mod like this for days now with no luck so now im going to the next level of searching. lol :p I will try to be as detailed as I can. And I will also be more then happy to pay somone for this mod. (via paypal or any other online service)

I am in need of a mod that will allow the admin of the forum to limit the number of attachments that a user can be download. This can be set to a limit per day and also be set to a usergroup as well. Better yet..maybe it will be better to list out the features i am looking for. So here is a list of features that I would love for this mod to do.

• Can limit attachment download or Limit Attachment Data Usage (can only download so many megs of attachments per day)
• Limit the number of attachments that can be downloaded per day depending on the usergroup
• Can be setup to be used with Usergroups
• Also would be cool if the admin could limit the download attachments by eather limiting the number of downloads or the amount of data download per day. (example : like to limit a user to download only 50megs of attachments per day)
• Can setup individual file extentions to use this option
  (example : any number of pic attachments with the jpg and gif extention can be downloaded but lets say audio files like wav, wma, ect has a limit of 5 downloads a day per user depending on there usergroup)
• would have to be able to admin in the admin_cp of course
• would be nice if you could link it to the subscriptions too (but maybe that can be done using the users groups)
• Has to work for the most current stable version of Vbulletin 3.5.4 and I hope you will be able to update it when a stable version of 3.6 is avalible.
• Must have option for unlimited downloading of course too.
• And any other nice features the mod designer can think of. :p

But I think you may have a feeling of what i am asking for. Im no programer by far so I can't begin to even write a mod like that or if this even can be done. I hope this is not asking for alot and I will even pay somone to take on this mod design. So if anyone is willing to take this on, please PM me. Also include in your message when this can be done and how much you sould charge for your services.
