These are what i need doing, if anyone can do one or more of these please contact me with a quote and some examples of your previous work.



1. Catagory toggle.

This is what i want to happen. When i go onto my forum i want to see several catagorys, lets say cat1, cat2 and cat3 to make things easy. In each of these catagorys are forums. Now in actual fact there are more than these three catagorys, infact there are, say, 8. However to the normal user they wouldnt know these other 5 exist because they arnt on display.

What i really want:

I really want a page that has the following:

A page with all of the catagorys on show with a selection box or something similar next to it. I want a user to be able to come to this page once logged in and be able to select which forums they want on display and then for the forum to show only the catagorys the user selected. For example, we have 8 catagorys with the user having permission to see all of them.

On this page you have the 8 catagorys:

Cat1 X
Cat2 X
Cat3 ./ (tick)
Cat4 ./
Cat5 ./
Cat6 X
Cat7 X
Cat8 ./

Then when the user submits this information they are taking back to the forum displaying only the catagorys which the user ticked (or said yes to, w/e), in this case 3,4,5 and 8.

What i could live with:

The bars at the top allow the user to select different options, and then be taken to a new page where a selection on catagorys are shown that are defined by the option that was chosen. I.e if they pick CS catagorys then they see a selection of cs related catagorys, if they select news they see news releated catagorys, if they select view all they see every catagory.





2. Template Mod

Im looking to change my vbulletin style, this is what i had in mind (using vb.org as an example)




As you can see instead of two bars there is no only one, which displays all of the information on one bar. It changes the word forum, which is used as a kind of key to tell the user what information is in that line, into the actual catagory name. Then ontop of it doing that i need the top bar to be removed displaying only the new bar. Another VB forum managed it:



So it must be possible.




Country Flag Mod

This last mod is required to display the users country flag (which is defined on registration where the user picks where they are from) next to their name. This includes on the forum home in the latest post box, this includes on the online list, this basically includes everywhere the users name is on display.
