I know this won't work on all forums but a good bit of them will benefit from a newsbot. This adds daily content that is fresh, it can spark thought about new threads and will spark discussion on whatever specific news the bot picks up and posts.

And you set many different news sources to a newsbot so you can get news stories with different points of view.

If you haven't tried using one please give it a shot, you won't be dissappointed.

Could you post some links on how to set them up, and perhaps examples on some currently setup forums please?

Thanks! Unfortunately that site won't help out much, because they want you to pay for the mod before you can even get more info about it or find out exactly how it works. I don't know if the owner of that site is on here or not, but his site is more of a detterent for his work more than anything else. :angry:

Well as long as they have an RSS feed they are trying to syndicate their news.
