Have you ever bought or sold a forum?

I see forums for sale all the time. Some good , some bad, and some just ugly. I've sold a few in my time and bought a few in my time. I generally only deal with sites that interest me.

What are your takes on buying and selling forums?

I have both bought and sold forums before as well. I like to buy forums that I know "something" about and my nature is normally a short term ownership. A year is a long time for me, so I am always selling off sites / forums as well.
