I think this is the right section for this as when you are adding hacks, you are growing.

My question is does anyone know for certain if you upgrade from 3.5X to 3.6 Beta that you will be able to take all of your hacks with you? I am concerned as I have installed several and it would really be a heavy task to reinstall all of those hacks.

Is there someway of taking all of your hacks with you when you upgrade? I'm just wondering now as I figure I will eventually go with that upgrade one day. I won't do it until a stable version is confirmed though. But, it will be nice to know you will be able to take your hacks with you.

If not, I hope someone can develop a hack that will allow you to do just that!

The hacks will stay installed if Im not mistaking, but there's no guarantee that they'll all work unless the author says they will.

Best thing to do is make a copy of your board, upload it to a test forum and upgrade it. If all goes well you can upgrade your main forum
