Do you target any specific search engines?

Google is the king of search engine traffic but some people find it very hard to rank in Google. So do you target any other specific search engines such as msn or yahoo or ask etc. etc.

And what are your main goals when you try to target each, like what do you do to rank yourself in the top 10?

I always concern myself with Google alone, and the others are not on my radar for the most part.

I'm still reading SEO sites, and books, and I'm trying to make sure everything is as search engine friendly, and "optimized" as possible. I'm still making different changes after everytime I see my site's google cache date updated.... always trying to be #1. :classic:
