I've seen this topic brought up elsewhere. Do you allow sig links in your forum and if you do what rules do you have on them? Do you see any pros and cons with them?

No i dont . reson : becuase loads of people are coming just for adveritsing their sites and i dont like that ;)

Generally I don't. However, I do make exceptions for some members if they request it.
