I would really like to know what contest have worked for people as well!

Award referrers for their referrees' (is that a word :p?) posts, or make some kind of contest out of it (get as many referrals with as many posts as fast as possible).

Hope that makes sense ;).

For me, in my opinion, a great contest must contain "Promotions"!
For example, you can do a privilegiate section, where you put into this the most beautiful hack, skins, mods, etc! :p
