For all the hacks to display a noavatar.gif if the user hasn't selected one, none of them show that avatar on the member list.

For users wishing to show the avatars on the member list, this can be a pain in the ***, and looks ugly if the user doesnt have an avatar selected.

This will fix that problem, and display noavatar.gif on the memberlist if the avatar column is enabled.

In Template Memberlist_resultsbit

FIND AND REMOVE
REPLACE IT WITH THIS - Modify the section in red to point to the path of your noavatar.gif

This will properly display that noavatar.gif in the member list if the user has NOT selected an avatar of their own, if they have selected an avatar, then it will show the avatar they have selected.

There is a hack that does this in both memberlists and postbit.

ignus .... the hack does NOT display the avatar in the mnemberlist.
it displays it in the postbit and the user profile.... memberlist was left alone.

ya the xml file for this hack puts the no avatar.gif in the public profile, and postbit, but does nothing for the member list.
