Default [How-To] Add a "news line" below the navbar
The idea is taken from the SMF forum software (which I was using previously) and I think that it is useful.

Go to AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> «» -> navbar

Find:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Below, add:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Replace the red and the blue text. You mat need to make some changes to the <table> tag, depended on the theme you are using.

_Fatal, I don' t know if it works with CMP...

I want to make it to display random news. I wrote this code as a plug-in:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Then, I should paste this:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
inside the <marquee> tag at the "navbar" template. It should work, but I don' t know the hook location for the plug-in. Can anyone help?
