[vB ] Miscellaneous Hacks - [3.0.0] Add an additional page to vBulletin (32)
Released: 03-30-2004, 03:16 PM
Modification Information:
Author: Ryan Ashbrook
Last Online: 01-09-2008
Hack Version: 0 Installer Included: 0 Additional queries added to database: 0
New Templates: 0 Template Edits: 0 File Edits: 0
New Files: 0 New Phrases: 0 Installation Time (In Minutes): 0

As the title says, this mod will add an additional page to vBulletin and it uses vBulletin's variables.

By default, this mod is made to be used in your forums root directory. However, in the instructions I explain how to make this work in the root directory of your website(Add-on #3).

This mod is fairly simple to install.

Just follow the instructions in the zip file. ;)

Note: I'm classifying this a template mod because it doesn't touch any vBulletin files.

I've included to add-ons that might prove useful to you.

Enjoy!

I think that this will work... if not, let me work on it some more.

Where it says (or something similar):

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Replace
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
with this:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
An example would be this:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
I beleive you can findthe path to your forums by looking at the php info in the Admin CP.

Hey Ryan.. it's Benji! It's crazy that you have hacks everywhere. Even here O.o I haven't been here for awhile but was looking for some new stuff and found you again! So does this work on VB3? If you don't answer I'll just ask you when I see you. Hey LiveWire!

EDIT: You've been a member and a mod a bit longer then I have. Its wierd how we randomly meet up through Chris but we've been to the same forums for a long time. Forry for the Semi-Spam!

The way to do that is this.

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
And you can keep the global line there as the chdir will direct it to the correct path.

I'd suggest using LiveWire's hack which does the same, as the author of this hack hasn't been around for quite a while.
