Forum Home Enhancements - Forumhome/threadlist Mouseover Effect

What this does:
This will create a hover effect when your members place there mouse over your forums. See screen shot for an example. This will also create the same effect in your threadbit area!

3 Small Template changes. Should take no less then 2 min.

Update Notes:
v1.2 Updated threadlist area.
v1.0 Released.

The hackauthor is LiveWire or do you want to state something else, please try to be clear with your questions.

Also it would be appreciated to use a lot less bold instead of using it everywhere. You can use it to have a special focus on something, the way you use it, it will only lead to people to skip your sentences/questions.
