I'm sure the problem is that line
there is no <if> condition so it enlarges the bottom when you don't have IM icons

They shouldn't be a problem, that variable is defined in the code, if the variable is empty it's like it isn't there, and it's empty.

Woops, this will fix, i fixed that probelm in the older 3.5 verision. Hope this helps

No roger, their was no if statement, so if they did not have SN info, then the tr would still show, so i added the ifs
