first problem: u sould read the instructions, it said that the counters are like: scanc, pubc etc...
u should change them to the names of ur counters and then install the hack.

second problem: try to find for example the faq.php link in 'header' template and change it to team.php , then u can press on faq pic in the header in index page and u will sent into teams page. then u can just make new pic for the team and replace it with the faq pic.

it should work .... as i remember scans pubs etc are the names of the counters in tv's hack, but it dont include hacks counter. unless u added it menually u should remove all parts that use hacks counter.

check again in your files how the counters are names because u still have problem with scans counter (with the name) and probbly if its the correct one, check that u have the counters set up in mysql.

I played with this hack a while ago,and gotta say all i kept getting was
Invalid SQL: SELECT username,userid,posts,scans,hacks,pubs,races FROM user WHERE teamid=1 ORDER BY username ASC
mysql error: Unknown column 'scans' in 'field list'

I did not bother to play about with it to much as i dont wanna use it like.

maybe the author can give a lill suport to this hack to get it working with TV's lockdown counters.

because u didnt change the counters names..... mysql cant find scanc and the other counters cause they dont exist. the hack works fine in the counters i use (shavedape counters).. i didnt try to get it working with tv's counters but i guess it will work with no problem so try to change the counters names as i said to sever.

saw 5 installs, always so i didnt bother to get to the thread (sorry).

As i wrote in the instructions, i made this hack to work with my own counters, but to make it work with yours you'll have to modify the hack.

My suggestion, is modify the instructions file, that way it will be much easier for you.
this could be a bit tricky cause TV in his hack opened new table for the counters, and i hope that in his new hack he will use user table

to make this hack work with TV's counters, this is the instruction for all modification.

run query ->
ALTER TABLE `fxp_counters` ADD `teamid` int(2) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL;

all the rows like the following one:
Replace with:
find:Replace all racec, hackc, pubc with the counters names, which are:
pubs, scans, races, leeches.

find ->Replace the bold line with TV's line.

scroll down a bit you'll see replace racec, hackc, pubc with TV's counters

under ADD edit team_listbit_member template.

i havent check this if its working or not, my suggestion, is you use ShavedApe counters for TV's lockdown, they are much better the original counters in that hack.
i hope this will work, if it wont, give me the error name.
ill say it now again, i this the way TV made his counters is the WORST WAY. with all the respect, i expected more from this guy, he is a great coder.

Hope that solves the mystery about why you are keep getting errors.
dont forget to change in the file, in all the places that its using user table, to fxp_counter, with the line i wrote above.
