¿What this do?
vBulletin already have a thread preview. But only works fine
with IE, and: i don't use IE.
Mozilla Firefox (gecko engine) shows only some characters for
the preview, and not the limit that you put on admincp in
"Length of Thread Preview Text" inside of Forum Display
Options.

So, this DHTML replace the actual thread preview for a
working one in FF1+ (and netscape) IE5+ and Opr7+

See and example jpg attached to the zip file.
The colors and font size are automatic set direct from the
style of your board. The lenght of the preview (in
characters) are controlled from the same setting of the old
threads preview inside the AdminCP.

last question! how can i change the title of the preview? right now the title is preview but i want to change it to "Thread Preview".

can you tell me what i need to edit?

Try searching for the word Preview (case sensitive, else it'll show a bunch of code probably), and see if that's the actual text (by placing something like a dot behind it). If that doesn't work, search your phrases for Preview, and if you find the correct phrase edit it to Thread Preview.

i search for Preview but there are only problem when i'm changing the preview word.

i also tryed to serach the phrase "preview" i change everything to "preview1" but nothing change.

plz plz plz, can you install it and tell me how can i change preview? i want to change it!

This can be achieved by editing file tcthreadpreview_main.js on the clientscript folder and changing line:

var VBPHRASE_PREVIEW = "Preview";
to
var VBPHRASE_PREVIEW = "Thread Preview";
