Miscellaneous Hacks - Force Site Rules

What this does
This will force your members to read the site rules. When they try to go in the UserCp they will be directed to the Site Rules. (which you make) and have to agree to them in order to use the usercp.. Once they agree to the sites forum rules, they will be directed back to the user cp and not be forced to see that page again.

If you want this to force members on a difrrent page, please request it here and i will release how to do it on another page, by default this works only in the usercp.php page.

Queries to run: 1
New Files: 1
- /forum/rules.php
File Mods: 1
- /forum/usercp.php
Templates to add: 1
New Phrases: 1

Please read carefully and make all the nessisary changes as stated. This is will work if installed properly. I've tested this hack on a clean vbulletin install version 3.0.3. I did test on my localhost so its possible to have a bug.

The first thing a newly registered user shoud do is to read forum rules. I would be really thankful if someone can make this hack to force users to read forum rules right after registration/first forum view. Maybe someone could code it with a little trick :] There could be the inactive 'Agree' button with andotation, that the buton wont activate until all rules has been read. Actually the button will activate after X minutes.

Well, great hack. I would like to use it on index.php so if you could tell me the needed edits.
Btw, can you also implement an Button activation delay, so the buttin I agree would not be clickable for X seconds. When X seconds have passed, user can click I Agree. This will really force users to read forum rules(if you will put something like: "Cant Click? Read the Rules Carefully")

Ok since I am not seeing the other mention of this request for a port to 3.5, I'll ask. Will this be ported over for 3.5?
