This is the enhanced version of the What's Going On in navbar hack. If you're looking for the standard version of this hack, click HERE. This enhanced version replaces the standard What's Going On table for both guests and members that are not logged in, and replaces it with a What's Going On table/link. When someone clicks on the What's Going On link it brings them to a new page (see screenshot) which informs them that they either need to log in, or register, to view the What's Going On information. This encourages actual guests to register, and protects the 'What's Going On' information from those that don't. This code has been tested and shown to be compatible with vB 3.6. Enjoy!
