vBPlugin Descriptions v1.0

What this does
This will allow you as the admin to create a description for your new/existing plugins. This hack is more for Hackers, and hopefully something like this will be part of the vBulletin default system soon! Note: HTML is allowed in descriptions.

Hope vBulletin will make this a default version. And the abililty to have your custom hooks inside catogorys.
