It's sorted out now as far as the encryption etc. is concerned. Micro apologized and as far as I'm concerned, I wish her the best of luck with her modifications.

I have decided to go with Joomla for my article management by the way. There is no working bridge for Joomla and vB, but that's just too bad. I'll make do somehow. It works great and it's free too.

I have to say, in spite of what I said before... I had a chance to try the commercial version, which from my testing is bug-free (well nothing is truly bug-free, but I didn't find any problems or errors).
And it completely changed my mind.
To me, the free version has a lot of potential and in some scenarios it's just what you need, but the commercial version is a really outstanding piece of work.
It does what it should, it works very well and I'm very glad I got the commercial version. Just blows you away!

Ummm..okay then. I only posted my thoughts on an already existing conversation that if you look they are quite in depth harboring fairly ill feelings. I only relayed my experience as well.

I apologize and do wish whom ever the best with what they do in life but I'll be danged if I am getting berated over someone elses shortcomings.

I must give my most humble apologies to Maria. My webtech went behind my back and bought the full version of vbArticles after I foolishly prostested. He also told me I should learn when to shut my mouth. Both things done by him was a lesson well learned.

This is an excellent modification and after seeing the full version and all the hard work put into it by Maria I think full credit for a complete job well done is in order.

Maria. I apologize and I do hope you continue supporting your lite version here and the other sites you have it listed because it will lead people to the full version. It is an excellent vb modification and worth more than you ask for it.

Tom

Hi Tom,

No problem at all. Not only because I forgotten it, but mostly because I respect people who have the power to apologize when they realize a mistake.
Just one thing. I'm "She" and not "He", in other words I'm woman, 51 years old, so that's explain a bit why I'm a bit more sensitive;)

Take care
Maria

My apologies again. When I said "he" I was talking about my webmaster who told me I need to learn when to shut my mouth. I fully understand you are a lady.

Well...now that the dust has settled, and I have read posts on both forums I will now check out the commercial version you offer on your site.

I'm a few years older than you Maria, and I can understand ones temperment concerning delicate issues.
But one must always be patient with the inexperienced, because we all started on that level.

Now..I'm off to visit your site.

it was better not to have placed hack, because the version free does not have many options.
