This hack is not supported. She wants to yell at anyone trying to fix issues in it and share the fix with others saying it is a copyright infringement. Too many bugs in it and the author.

I was gonna use this, but under these circumstances, no way. Why would I pay money to be treated that way? And now the code is even hidden(encoded) so you can't fix stuff yourself if you buy the pro version... No thanks.

Reading posts from my other mods, I want to make clear something very important. Yes, this module (as all the others) is supporting. But only in my site and only in the forum bellow:

Why? The reason is simple. Actually it's a simple calculation. Till now I've post 4 mods, plus 2 that I'll post next week is a total of 6 mods. I'm posting my mods in 4 different sites, plus in my site is a total of 5 sites. A simple calculation gives a result of 30 different forums. If you add PMs in these 5 sites the total grows up to 35 places. Sorry, but:

• Being in my 51st year of my age, I don't have the courage to move in so many different places. I can't play ball's role in a ping-pong game.
• It's frustating to reply 5 times in the same questions. Believe me, the same question that you ask here, someone else asks in another site

So, I'll appreciate your understanding and follow the link above for support.

I hate liars. Where you found, or where you read that my code is encrypted? Even now, 2 weeks after it's release my site has not even any info for vbArticles. Instead to spend my time developing the page with information about vbArticles to attract buyers, I prefered to spend my time improving it. There are already 4 updates with 3 bugs that found and more than 10 additional features that users ask for them. So be more reable when you're saying something like this which offend me a lot. eg why you didn't included a link?

And finally, it should be childish to have free version unencrypted and the commercial encrypted.

Why do you call me a liar? Maybe you should check your website. Especially the bits I have highlighted:


It states there that as of December 24th, 2006 the PHP Code is encrypted and locked to a domain.

Further more, if the free version is useless because of the bugs, then nobody's gonna use it, so you can leave that open source and make the (hopefully) functioning premium version encryoted. So that's not an argument.

It's absolutely your choice, what you do with your code. It's absolutely up to you how you interact with people asking for support.
But:
- If I feel that you are harsh and rude in your statements towards people asking for support on vB.org, then that is my choice too. And in my opinion it is also true. Just look at other comments in the vB.org thread.
- I read information on your website and paraphrased it here and now you're calling me a liar, because I paraphrased something you yourself said on your site.

If the statement on your site is false and you are not encrypting your code, then that, of course, is your choice too.
And don't get me wrong: I think that's great. Open Source (in my opinion) is always the better option. That way other developers can give hints and add their own code to make your Product better, thus helping you.
But you can't call me a liar because I take something you say on your site as a fact - and now you say it is a lie. That makes you a liar - not me.

Normally I wouldn't bother with this nonsense, but I really hate being called a liar.
