What this does
Picks a new user out of the database at midnight and then displays it on forum home.

To do list...

* Time to install: 1-2 minutes
* New Templates: 1
* Template Edits: 1
* New Files: 1
* New Phrases: 0
* New Plugins: 1

Instructions
Import the attached XML and then Upload random.php to ./includes/cron. Add $randomusertable anywhere you want. I suggest under $navbar in FORUMHOME. Then go into Schreduled tasks and add a new one:
Title: User Of The Day
Day of the Week: *
Day of the Month: *
Hour: 0
Minute: 0
Log Entries: Up To You
Filename: ./includes/cron/random.php

It justs picks a random user? Not based on their post count or anything?

hi,

can someone edit the random.php for me ? I want to add information in the User Of the day Box like Interests, Posts, Homepage etc.

I tried to edit the sql query, but it doesnt work -.-

And how to automaticly block users with no posts ?
